Requirements
Experience
12 months of Home Health experience is required.
Experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

BJC policy: Every other weekend required.

Avg. Daily Census: 182

Special Requirements: Lots of rural driving per day. 5 patients per day.

Skills REQ: Home Health Care, Adaptive Equipment, Home Assessment, Wheelchair Evaluation and Positioning, Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement, Functional splints, Standardized Assessment, Lifting and transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls, Adaptive Equipment Assessment (Adult), Cognitive Assessment, Functional Capacity Evaluation, Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, OASIS, Plan of Care, Reassessments

Scrub Color: Gray

Parking: Park anywhere in the BJC Med Group parking lot. No fees.

RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review.

No RTO the first week of an assignment.

Holiday Policy: BJC requires travelers to work 2 out of the 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day).

Permanent employees at must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler.

All Standard Travelers (reside outside of a 75 mile radius) can stay for an 18 month period. Must take a 3 month break after 18 months.

Allied and Non-Clinical: Travelers can stay for a period of 12 months. Must take a 6 month break in service after 12 months
