Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required from last 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).

I need candidates who have at least 1-2 years of inpatient, non-dialysis experience. Our patients are too acute and there is a high level of critical thinking required to work in our unit.
