All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

If candidates have worked as Permanent Staff for any Providence facility they must be separated for at least 3 months prior to working as a traveler.

Unit Information: Largely outpatient pediatric population. Department serves hospital (IP and swing bed), LTC and outpatient.
Preferred: national patient safety goals/core measures, Billing, Feeding Techniques - Oral/Motor, disability sequence test
Required: acute disorder, chronic disorder, functional activities, Standardized Assessments, developmental testing/treatment, mental retardation
Ability to transition from inpatient, to OP and LTC.
Prior IP experience preferred.
