Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
3 months of experience with Meditech is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:
Patient Ratios (ESTIMATED)– 8-12 pts in acute / less in inpatient rehab (5-6)
Must have:
Acute care and/or inpatient rehab experience preferred
Must be available to work/rotate 2 weekend shift (2 days) a month
Preferred or nice to have: ICU experience a plus Wound vac management
Rehab Therapy (Yujing Guo – therapy manager for 762, 766 & 759 depts.)
