Requirements

Experience

12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is preferred.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

40 Hour Guarantee.

Weekend Rotation Required.

OT Experience - Required.

Primarily outpatient & acute care - Required.

Lymphedema Experience - Preferred.
