Shift: Monday-Friday (Will consider 4x10s if needed)

Float: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities
Unit Overview: Inpatient/Outpatient department - mainly outpatient caseload with possibility of some inpatient coverage as well. For outpatients, we usually see 30 minute treatments and 60 minute evaluations. Inpatients tend to be a 2 hour block on the schedule as we tend to have 2-4 inpatients. It will probably be a mix of patients. Patient load: Will likely see 10-12 patients a day, it would be more if they want a 10 hour day (if approved for 10 hr shifts)
Required Education: Master's Degree
For any non-RN role: if a candidate has both MSN and NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for the role in which their highest degree is in, not the lower.
