Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

36 months of Epilepsy Unit experience is required from any number of months.

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:

Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.

RN UP - Advanced Care/EMU

Holiday Shifts: Every Other

Will float to like units.

Weekend Shifts: 5 shifts within a 6 wk schedule.

Monitors EMU patients 24/7 for seizure activity Ensures good communication with patients/family by utilizing meaningful hourly rounding, bedside shift report and whiteboards Works with critical care team for Advanced Care patients Works with hospitalists for Advanced Care patients.
