Requirements
Experience
24 months of Emergency Department experience is required.
Experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New York license
Certifications

ACLS (Required)
PALS (Required)
NIHSS (Required)
TNCC (Preferred)
Vaccinations

2 recent ED charge / Manager RN References

Must work 1 major holiday.

Must have experience in ED with some Peds experience.

RTO must be included at time of submission

Shift: 12 hours - Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed

Charge capability is highly preferred.

Floating Required: Yes

Common patient diagnosis: Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, Resp Failure

Patients: Newborn, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatric

Required Drips & Medications: Pressors- Levophed, Neo, Epi, Vasopressin, Dobutamine & Dopamine, Vasodilators- Cleviprex, Cardene, NTG , Anti-arrhythmic-Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lido, Sedation- Precedex, Propofol, Fentanyl, TNK, Heparin and Insulin
