The individual must demonstrate skills necessary to function in the Echo lab. Candidate must have advanced knowledge in basic knowledge of imaging equipment. Candidate must be able to work cohesively with other team members.
CERTIFICATIONS: RDCS, CCI Registry, RCS, BLS/BCLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
SHIFTS: Local traveler needed 1 day/week to keep all echo clinics open while covering PTO of multiple tech. On Call requirements: Yes –cover call /back up call * Floating requirements: Yes – work in both inpt (8/9 pts) and outpt clinic (9 pt.)Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On call, weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.
ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training. .
SCRUBS: Required and provided by the facility.
Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.
