Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Pharmacy experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Block scheduling can not be guaranteed.

36-hour guarantees only (no 48s) – can pick up additional shifts

Must work 2 of 3 major holidays.

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Shifts & Scheduling: Day and Evening need current day.

Weekend Requirements: Every other or one per month preferred.

Holiday Requirements: 2/3 holiday required.

7 on 7 off

Experience: Must have 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience of like size (250 census).

Must have experience with Vanco AUC dosing - please note experience in interview notes.

Scrubs or Dress Code Requirements: Business casual/white coat or Khaki scrubs.
