Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

Additional Details:

Black out dates: 12/24-12/25 and 12/31-1/1.

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: Every third weekend.

Float Requirements: May be required to float.

Must Have Skills/Experience: Ventilator, drip titration, critical care experience.

Preferred Skillset/Experience: CRRT, balloon pump.

Type of Patients on Unit: ICU patients with ESRD, COPD, respiratory failure, post-cardiac arrest.

Patient Ratios: ICU- 2:1 CCU: 4:1

Equipment: ICU- ventilators, NxStage CRRT, arterial lines, central lines.

Dress Code: Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue top with galaxy blue or black pants.
