Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:

Flu shot is strongly recommended.

High acuity ICU. Experience with Open heart, Neuro, CRRT experience.

Experience in CRRT-CABG-Stroke-TNK-

Schedule includes working every other weekend, and every other Holiday;

Calling in sick on a weekend Friday 7p-Monday 7am will require making up the sick call on the following weekend

Floating is an expectation of this contract should ICU experience low census

No RTO for holidays
