Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required from last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40

Shift Requirements: M-F various day shifts

On Call/Call-Back: On Call/Call-Back: 1 night of call per week, 1 weekend per month, 1 back up per week. Could on occasion need additional call.

Weekend/Holiday: Every 3rd-4th weekend and holiday rotation

Minimum Experience: 2+ year OR experience

Required skills: Cardiothoracic experience required. Strong knowledge of cardiac surgery. Off and on pump bypass graft cases, AVR, MVR, TVR, Full maze, minimally invasive maze, thoracoscopic/thoracotomy, pacemakers, TAVR, pericardial windows Ascending Aortic Dissections with subclavian cannulation

Pull case carts, downtime stocking, cleaning, ect. Potential to circulate general cases if downtime
