Dress Code: Dialyze Direct will provide black scrub tops. Scrub bottoms: Personal scrubs of any color

Geriatric patient experience - Required

NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - required, Please note experience on submission

CNN or CDN Certification - preferred

BSN preferred.
