Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of Interventional Radiology experience is required from any number of months.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Day Shift: either 5x8s or 4x10s.

Call is required.

The Registered Nurse-Cardiovascular Suite-Interventional Radiology (“CVIR”) is responsible for the quality of nursing care rendered to patients. The CVIR RN assesses, plans, implements, directs, supervises, and evaluates direct and indirect nursing care for patients in the CVIR setting. Requirements:

Require current experience in moderate sedation.

Previous catheterization experience/hemodynamic monitoring/interventional Radiology experience required.

Circulate or scrub in the procedure room

Render nursing care to the patient undergoing diagnostic cardiac catheterization, implanted Pacemaker/ICD, Interventional Radiology procedures (both within the CVS and in the Radiology Department or Operating Room) as well as assorted diagnostic cardiac procedures performed in the department
