Requirements

Experience

22 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

22 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

NICU/PICU

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

All BSA contracts are 48 hours per week, although not guaranteed.

In the first 8 weeks there cannot be more than 3 days of RTO requested. After those 8 weeks they are flexible.

No travel pairs will be considered.

All travelers must be prepared to care for COVID patients if assigned.

No call

Must have Pediatrics experience

Must have adult ICU and ED experience

Age groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics

25-30 patients per shift - all on oxygen therapy, breathing treatments

No RTO on holidays

No travel pairs or groups

Former perm staff must be gone 1 year before can return as traveler.

BLS must be AHA, RQI, ARC, or American Safety and Health Institute
