Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Home Health experience is required from any number of months.
Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.
3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)

Additional Details:
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required.
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required.
2+ years Home health experience – Required.
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required.
Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred.
40 hour work week.
Must have knowledge of venipuncture and IV care.
