12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

36 months of Case Management experience is required from any number of months.

ADN completion required

Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 3 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Incumbent serves as an Outpatient/Inpatient Case

Required:

Required Education: Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN), must obtain bachelor’s in nursing within two (2) years of hire

A valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States

Three (3) years of clinical nursingexperience performing direct patient care with at least 2 years in an Inpatientsetting on a medical-surgical unit, PACU, or higher acuity Inpatient unit (ICU, Step-Down, Telemetry, etc.) or home health (direct care)

Orientation: Every two (2) weeks only.

Shift Information:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Weekend on call rotation, would be 1 weekend a month
