Floating Requirements: Travelers required to float to like units within valley (Nampa L&D and Boise L&D).
Certificate: AWHONN Intermediate Or Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Laboring patients 32wks and greater, Elective Induction of labor, Medical Induction of Labor, Stable Antepartum Patients, Postpartum Patients, Well Newborns.
Experience or 'Must have' skills: L&D, PP, and circulating experience required; triage experience strongly preferred.
RNs are required to titrate drips. Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Primarily Pitocin per protocol, mag, rarely insulin.
Scrub Color/Dress code: Blue scrubs provided on unit.
