24 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Shift: Monday-Friday - 32 hours guaranteed up to 40hrs/wk.

Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? Acute inpatient

Common diagnosis / Types of patients CVA, total joint, hip fx, Cardiac, geriatric

Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties ICU, acute care experience

Other Certs Required for all OT: MOCA cert preferred, but not required

Scrub Color/Dress Code scrubs any color
