Every other weekend
Rehabilitation unit. These are skilled residents receiving PT, OT and ST. They are at Sanders for a short stay.
2 years of experience in assisted living or skilled nursing setting
Work setting: Skilled Nursing Facility/ Nursing Home
Candidates are not allowed to work both Riverside Travel assignments and Riverside Per Diem contracts simultaneously. They must choose one or the other.
SSN is required at time of submittal.
Floating may be requested based on needs of the facility.
Prior perm employees must be gone for at least 6 months before being hired on to travel.
RTO - Keep RTO to a minimum, preferably no requests for calendar week off during assignment and no more than 7 days total. Any RTO must be in initial submission and if approved, also in confirmation document.
No additional RTO requests will be approved after an offer has been given.
BLS must be AHA, ARC, Military & American Safety & Health Institute.
