Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

This is a home health position.

Weekend Requirement: every 3rd weekend.

Holidays: minor holidays, major only if needed.

Scrub Color/Uniform: business attire with white lab coat, no jeans.

Shifts: flexible, majority of work hours are M-F 8am-5pm.

What areas are they required to cover: they will be assigned to a geographical region.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: PT/OT - ortho, strokes, ortho, joints, spinal injuries speech - anything.

Additional Notes: Candidates must have experience with Oasis (gov't mandated form).

Must also have one year experience working PT/OT/Sp, home setting experience is preferred but not required.
