Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required from last 3 years.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References

Additional Details:
Shift - Primarily acute care M-F 0800-1630, weekend rotation. Work in this setting with another OT who also floats to the lymphedema clinic.
Variety of patients- ortho, neuro, general medical.
On call - Only on call on weekends assigned to work. Saturday 0700-1200 and Sunday 0700-1100
