No Block Scheduling Allowed
One (1) year of critical care nursing experience in an acute care setting or 6 months of interventional radiology nursing experience.
• Must meet the Physical and Environmental Demands to work as a Radiology Nurse, including wearing a lead apron weighing approximately 15lbs., pushing and pulling greater than 20lbs.
Preferred Qualifications • Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a college or university.
• Certification in clinical area desirable.
• One (1) year experience in Trauma/ /ER nursing experience.
Block Scheduling: Not permitted.
Floating: Cook has the ability to request that any clinician float outside of their “home” facility as long as the floating does not exceed 50 miles. Travelers may receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift. If your clinician refuses to float, they will be subject to cancelation. There are no home units. Your clinician could be floated to a variety of units if needed.
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
