Floating Requirements Will float to like units and Med/Surg at times. May also float to Boise Medical Center and Nampa Medical Center to like units and MedSurg if needed. May also float to ICU if experienced

Floating Notice: Goal is for a 2 hr notice prior to shift start if being asked to float to another facility, however, staff/travelers may be asked to float mid-shift when necessary. Floating is done on a rotational basis. Meridian to Nampa: 19 min, 14 miles; Meridian to Boise: 21 min, 10.8 miles; Boise to Nampa: 33 min, 22.7 miles.
