Requirements
Experience
12 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

(0800-1430) no weekends
We provide care to adult and pediatric patients with a wide variety of diagnoses in both the acute and outpatient settings.
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
Certificate of Clinical Compliance from the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association, or active participant in Clinical Fellowship Year (CYF) required.
