Requirements

Experience

Travel experience is preferred.

12 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Information

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Must have experience with inpatient AND outpatient HD.

MUST HAVE competency with both acute and chronic HD patients.

On call required: Call period is one week or 120 hours, maybe on call 2 weeks in a 13 week rotation.

Shift hours: 8 to 12 hours (0530AM to 1800), Monday through Saturday.
