Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is preferred from last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Hours: 36 hrs

Float Requirements (campuses and/or units): Float to MS units as needed based on census

Weekend Rotation Requirements: 2 out of 4 weekends or every other

Holiday Rotation Requirements: holiday rotation

Desired Specific Skillset : Experience in inpatient mental health facility preferred. Working with all ranges of Mental Illness and diagnoses.

Post ECT treatment experience helpful.

Experience with restraints, restraint chair, seclusion.

Mental illness and Substance abuse- Adult and Geriatric
