Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 4 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Monday - Friday, no weekends. Office is open 7:30 - 5:00.

May include inpatient on rare occasion

Charting System: Evident a CPSI Company - CPSI System 19

May also include travel to nursing home once a week - The trip takes 10-15 min one way. The work at the nursing home is only 2-3 hours including travel time

This job is 99% outpatient service, inpatient coverage is rare and the traveler would only cover if the inpatient therapist is out (critical access hospital: observation, acute or SNF level)

Productivity: 8-9 outpatients per day
