Requirements
Experience
60 months of Long Term Care experience is required from any number of months.
Experience with PointClickCare is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 3 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Hawaii license

Shift Information: 40 hours / week, Rotating shifts. Normally 2/8 + 2/12 = 40 hours
