Guaranteed Hours 32

Shift: Monday - Friday

Call once/twice a week 1515-0645; occasionally (once every 6 weeks) M-F 1500-2330 shift or 0900-1730 shift; occasionally (once every 13 weeks) Sat/Sun 0700-1930 shift. Cover Weekend call approximately every 4th/5th weekend, Fri 1515-Mon 0645

What is call response time? 15 minutes, 8 hour reprieve shifts for post call

Floating Requirements: MUST be willing to float to cross train to ortho cases if needed to be second scrub. MUST be willing to float to the floor as a 1:1 sitter (and will get train that day) - First to float

OR - General/Robotics:

Number of Suites: 12 ORs, 1 Endo Suite, 1 Cysto Suite
Common Cases: Peds-Geriatrics, cysto, Davinci XI for General/GYN*/Urology, ION robotic cases, Open Bellies, endo/ GI experience- scope experience (ok with needing a resher) ION Robot, Davinci XI, Stryker towers; GYN
Experience or 'Must have' skills: experience with Open bellies GYN, Davinci Xi for general, Endo, C-Sections

Candidates must be proficient in either Ortho/Neuro OR General/Robotics/Gyn (C-Sections)

Certifications Required: CST or NCCT, ND UAP

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
