6 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours 40

Shift: Monday - Friday; Possible rotation of IP weekend coverage of 1 in 6.

Floating to other units/departments: Will be some inpatient work with primary location in outpatient.

Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: OP facility sees 80-90 patients per day. Inpatient unit is 26 in ICU/Med Surg with avg PT census 10

Required skills and minimum years of experience:

Graduate of accredited PT school.
Prefer experience on outpatient setting, but not required.
Potential to do wound care if interested.

Inpatient experience? preferred

Dress Code: Business casual - Jeans allowed on Friday. Some wear black scrubs.
