Requirements

Experience

24 months of Endoscopy experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday where applicable.

Block booking and Schedule patterns are based on department needs.

Shift: Monday to Friday - Shift to be determined at the time of request

Rotating call weeknights, weekends and holiday coverage

Call: Every 4 - 6 weekday and every 4 - 6 weekend

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Experience with Moderate Sedation

Required: IV Skills
