Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
12 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience is required.
3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a South Carolina license or compact license

Additional Details:

Scheduling requirements: Self-schedule requests.

Floating policy: resource & task only (no assignment) in Post-Partum/OB, ED, & adult critical care units For NICU assignment accepted if appropriate since closely resembles PICU population & competencies align.

Patient Experience requirements: Bedside Shift Report, Names on care boards.

Requested Skill Set: Pediatric critical care comfort & competency.

Must have: Pediatric critical care competency/comfort, at least 1 year of pediatric experience in critical care setting, conscious sedation competency/comfort.

Advanced skills needed: Comfort & competency with critical care monitoring, care of pediatric trauma patients.

Dress Code: Royal blue scrub pants, monogrammed scrub tops provided by hospital.
