RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.

Outpatient Lab experience required.

Required Non-Gynecological Skills/Experience: Ascitic Fluid, Esophageal, Gastric, Spinal, Thin-Prep. Required Respiratory Tract Skills/Experience: Bronchial. Required Body Fluid Test Skills/Experience: Urine. Required Fine Needle Aspiration Skills/Experience: Assist, Make smears, Preliminary Diagnosis, Staining.

Required Special Stains/Organisms Skills/Experience: PAP. Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Assist with On-site procedures, Quality control/quality assurance, Specimen labeling/identification. Experience with/ability to perform QC required. Cyto lab Prep experience required.

Scrub Color: Provided for this role.

Parking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation

RTO – we can auto-approve 5 days of non holiday RTO or less. Anything more requires facility approval. Candidate MUST WORK 2 out of 3 major holidays.

18 months exp. required, however please refer to job description for any exceptions made depending on the unit

Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by
