Requirements

Experience

24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours 36 hours per week

Weekend Requirement 2 weekends per 4 week schedule

Holiday Requirement: Yes, as needed.

Is there Call or a Standby requirement: Standby if scheduled and not needed. No true 'on call' shifts . Floating Requirements: Any similar areas, within their skill set.

Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs provided: Royal Blue

Must complete a one-time 6-hour suicide prevention training during onboarding according to the WA state regulations.
