Experience

12 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Pediatric Rehabilitation Unit experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Only guaranteed 40 hrs per week.

Shift: Block schedule Monday - Friday.

Weekend and Holiday Requirements: None

What areas are they required to cover: Outpatient- no floating to inpatient.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Peds: development, CP, autism, down syndrome, hydrocephalus, and more.

Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Must have 1 year of Pediatric PT experience. Must have outpatient experience.

General Certification Requirements: Licensed with Masters or Doctorate.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Business casual with closed toed shoes.
