Requirements
Experience
24 months of Endoscopy experience is required.
Experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Preferred)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday where applicable.
Block booking and Schedule patterns are based on department needs.
Call every 4-6 weekday and every 4-6 weekends
Experience with Moderate Sedation
No floating required
Inpatient and Outpatient procedures performed with an average daily number of procedures - 12
Dress Code: Any color of scrubs
