Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Occupational Therapy experience is preferred from last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Shift Requirements: M-F

Required Education: Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Inpatient and outpatient experience a plus.

If the candidate does not have one, they need to start the process of applying for a NPI # in order to start.

Required Education: Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Required Skillset: working with he adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis.

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
