Requirements
Experience
24 months of Home Health experience is required.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)
Orientation on Tuesdays every 2 weeks
Evergreen's minimum booking requirement is 25 days out unless it's an extension.
