ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any)

Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs. RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Is on-call required? Yes rotating every 3rd weekend and alternating week nights. weekend call is 0800 to midnight. week night call is 7:30 pm to midnight

Are weekends required? Yes rotating call weekends

Are block schedules required? No

What are expected clinician-to-patient ratios? 1.1

Special requirements: shift is Mon-Wed 0700-1930. call is shared between 3 techs rotating every 3rd weekend. alternating week night call. weekend call is 0800 to midnight. week night call is 7:30 pm to midnight. weekend call may change depending on how many techs are employed. preferred Breast experience and OB experience.

Scrub Color: All (incl. Outpatient PT): Any Color

RTO - 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved. Anything more, traveler will sign contract with pending RTO.

*Anything more than 6 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)

MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system DNR.

Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission – Any hits we have to send for approval

Return Staff Policy - 3 months between perm and travel

Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.

BLS - AHA or or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY.
