Guaranteed Hours: 40

Shift: Flexible day shift falling between the hours of 7:00AM-6:00pm, Mon-Fri. Will be required to work one weekend every 5-6 weeks.

General Summary of Responsibilities: To provide and carry out Occupational Therapy treatment programs as established by the Licensed Occupational Therapist. To consult with the Occupational Therapist as needed to provide quality care for patients.
