Requirements
Experience
Travel experience is required.
22 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Weekend Coverage: variable schedule - weekends variable - same as unit staff

Unit Details: General Medical unit that cares for a variety of illnesses and conditions. Care for stable remote telemetry monitored patients who are not on cardiac drips.

RTO must be listed at time of submittal

Floating: Unless specifically stated otherwise, travelers will be expected to float to like units within their scope, as needed based on facility needs. Travelers will receive brief orientation on the unit.

Modules: average 4-6 hours

Modules are completed onsite during orientation

Modules are recorded via transcripts

BLS American Safety and Health Institute acceptable.
