Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Long Term Care experience is required from last 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wyoming license or compact license

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36

36/48 rotating with no OT until after 48

Must be willing to work all neighborhoods to meet the staffing needs of the facility.

RN only

Ages range from mid 30’s to mid 90’s diagnosis including Huntington’s, dementia, Diabetes, Alzheimer's, Coronary Artery Disease, vascular disease, rehabilitation, stroke and TIA, neuromuscular disease processes, Dialysis (done at outpatient facility)

Requires 2 years of Medsurg and Geriatric experience.

Dress Code: Scrubs, no facial piercings allowed, full sleeve tattoos or objectionable tattoos need to be covered.

First day orientation to cover all mandatory compliance orientation. 2 day orientation to specific tasks and procedures.
