Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Case Management experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (Required).

Experience 1 Year experience in acute care Case Management setting or Utilization Management at an acute care facility and/or insurance company in either UR or CM. (Required).

General Experience and knowledge of InterQual criteria (Preferred).
