Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

18 months of Endoscopy experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license

Gastroenterology - Required

Guaranteed Hour: 40

Minimal experience required: 1.5 years of RN/LPN experience (facility requirement); previous GI/Endoscopy (preferred)

Patient Types:

Gastroenterology procedure scheduling and triaging of referrals/phone-based encounters, My Chart inquiries

Patients needing scheduled and Educated on GI procedures (Upper and Lower Endoscopies)

Required Education: LPN: Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing; Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - South Dakota Board of Nursing

Orientation with Nurse Supervisor
