Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:

Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday where applicable.

Block booking and Schedule patterns are based on department needs.

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation.

We care for general and complex surgeries/procedures.

Level 1 Trauma center care for/board ICU patients awaiting bed in hospital.

Also care for cath lab procedures who have anesthesia- including TAVR, ablations, pace makers.

Critical Care Experience - Preferred

Call Requirement: 3 overnight call shifts in 6 weeks week plotter.

No worked weekends.

Work shift varies - 8, 10, or 12 hours

Floating: Do not float outside of recovery room area, only within our 5 PACU’s on site

Patient Ratio: Phase I - 1/2, Phase III - 1/3-4

Dress Code: Surgical Scrubs provided by the facility.
