Additional Details:
Neuro Tele RN
At least 1-year acute care experience required.
Must be proficient Q4 neuro checks.
6 months dedicated neuro experience preferred.
Must be proficient with lab draws.
Required to work every other weekend and every other major holiday.
Patient Population: Post CVA, TIA, SCI, TBI and some trauma, Myasthenia Gravis, MS patients as well.
Equipment: NG tubes, Tube Feeding (Kangaroo Pumps).
Other: Most patients will be on q4 hour neuro checks including NIHSS assessments. Nurses will be required to draw their own labs including peripheral draws.
Scrubs: Navy blue, white, or any combination of the two colors.

Critical Care Course (preferred).
Education Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred).
