Requirements

Experience

24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

NIHSS (Preferred)

Additional Details:

Pre-screen unit - candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within wellspan guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.

Call requirements: n/a

Holidays: rotation

Floating: could float to all ms units - tele stroke and requirement to care for patients on medical, surgical and rehab units

Could care for covid patients.
