ED Mental Health Evaluator Needed
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
Weekend REQ: Yes, this unit needs coverage every week Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat
Certs REQ: LCSW and LMHC preferred
Education: LICSWA or LMHCA is acceptable/ MSW (preferred) and WA state license required
Will this traveler need to float between like units? Mostly in the ER but may be floated as needed.
Open to accommodating block schedule? No, since weekends is required they cannot accommodate blocked scheduling at this time.
RTO Restrictions: Please provide at apply and limit holidays if possible.
Patient Diagnoses: Depression Anxiety, Suicide, Homicide, Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Behavioral Health concerns
Special Requirements: Emergency Department Crisis Counselor/Mental Health Evaluation

RTO: Anything more than 5 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around, please limit total RTO requests.
Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)
Return Staff Policy: 3 month rule to return as traveler
BLS Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
